Cathy OBrien, born in 1957 in Muskegon, Michigan, recounts a harrowing tale of survival as a victim of the CIAs MK Ultra and Project Monarch programs. According to her account, her family subjected her to trauma-based mind control from early childhood, using abuse to program her for use in covert operations. She claims she was sold into Project Monarch, a clandestine program that employed torture and psychological conditioning to create controlled individuals for espionage and other purposes.
